The financial crisis and the current instability in the world economy has made people happier with less. A recent survey showed that 82% of the people would be happy with £5,000 on their savings account, compared to 2004 when happiness was a lot more expensive. Those days, only 66% could be happy with this amount of money!On the downside, fewer people believe that £5,000 would suffice to pay off their current debts.
